The first model was a 10-digit form of display, and all the circuits, with thousands of components, were primarily transistors and diodes. Toshiba then produced a special condenser memory that is distinct from the others and launched the BC-1411 in November 1966. A calculator that adopted MOS-IC, significantly reduced the number of components and energy consumption, and reduced the weight to about 3.8 kg. He produced a 3-chip LSI computer in 1970, and published a portable calculator with a 1-chip LSI and a 2-power supply device with thousands of parts using a multi-digit fluorescent tube in 1971.

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator color=”white”][/vc_column][/vc_row]

[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”741″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” onclick=”link_image” el_class=”museum_item”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1618823748453{border-top-width: 0px !important;border-right-width: 0px !important;border-bottom-width: 0px !important;border-left-width: 0px !important;padding-top: 5px !important;padding-right: 5px !important;padding-bottom: 5px !important;padding-left: 5px !important;background-color: #000000 !important;}”] Model: BC 1413p Manufacturer: Toshiba Released in: 1969 Specifications Digits: 10 Digit Display Type Dimensions: 16W X 18D X9H Weight: 3.8 kg Voltage: 240V A/C Functions: Addition/Subtraction/Multiplication/Division 10 … Continue reading “Toshiba BC 1413p Calculator (1969)”

[86
